Select Your Goal and Timeframe
SMALL & SPECIFIC When selecting a goal, small steps work best. For example, instead of lose 25 pounds, choose exercise 4 days a week.
GO WITH EXCITEMENT– Select a task and result that gets you pumped.
WHEN IN DOUBT, PICK ANYTHING– No matter what you choose, you will learn something that will help you in the future. If you choose nothing, you get nothing in return.
TIME IT– 30, 60 or 90 days. It’s all up to you.
