A Pear Grows in Denmark
While signing up for a quick gym membership in Copenhagen, I found this tiny pear sold as a snack at the front desk.Two thoughts struck me, and I think I now understand why Danish people think our produce is massive.In other parts of the world, food is cultivated for taste. Where to Eat in Copenhagen
After being named the world's best restaurant several years in a row, Copenhagen's Noma put Nordic cuisine on the map. The thing is, getting a reservation is a b*tch- online booking three months in advance closes within minutes of opening. Click that refresh button all you want, you're not getting in.
